City Park

t is a privilege to stroll along the City Park. The park is very vast and so we'll feel the beauty of solitude at every nuke and corners. The City Park and its neighborhoods are worth a day’s time. Castle Vajdahunyad (Vajdahunyad Vára) which is currently home to the Museum of Agriculture is located just near the lake in the City Park. The lake warmly welcomes you for a boat ride in summers and in winter we can enjoy skating along the ice rink, which is a seasonal hobby to all. Heroes Square is another entrancing sight in Budapest and it is very near to the City Park at the end of the Andrassy street. The center of the square is the none other than the statue of the Archangel Gabriel. Transport Museum is another fascinating place to visit in the City Park. For animal lovers Budapest zoo seems to be the right place to go. Don’t miss the Funfair and the Circus in the park which will be very entertaining to the kids.
